Welcome to PARKing Day, part of an international movement to transform metered parking spaces into small urban parks. This movement began in 2005 to create attention and discussion about the use of public space. This PARK hosts two couches, sod, a picket fence, a small path and a host of Twister-playing folks having a great start to their weekend.
